1. Description:
High-pressure and high-speed injection are both possible with the dual injection cylinder system.
The unusual design of the injection unit allows the hydraulic charging motor to rotate 180 degrees from its initial position, making material tube replacement simple.
The powerful injection structure stabilizes the injection union when the hydraulic motor is charging. The Toggle Clamping System's clamping force ranges from 40 to 1000 tons.
The cutting-edge Platen Lift System speeds up clamping. It makes the toggle easier to use, allowing for a longer lifespan.
Unlike hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping design clamps at a high speed and smoothly, and depending on the various molds, even low-pressure clamping is required.
